Courses need to be booked, not just found
Kopffuessler offers a diverse programme of creative courses and professional seminars - from ceramics workshops and paper art to pedagogical training sessions. The existing WordPress website showcased the offerings, but bookings were handled entirely manually: by phone, email, or message. This cost time and led to potential customers dropping off. Additionally, the voucher system needed reworking to offer course-specific vouchers rather than fixed monetary amounts.
Booking system with Stripe integration
The existing WordPress site was thoroughly overhauled: a new page structure with dedicated subpages for each course type, BookingPress integration as the booking system for fixed course dates and custom group inquiries, and Stripe as the payment provider. This was complemented by SEO improvements, faster page load times, and the integration of Instagram content and customer reviews as trust elements.
