Digitizing a complex consultancy offering
The client offers a range of estate planning services - from power of attorney and living wills to digital legacy management. Add to that information events, multi-tier consulting packages, and individual appointments. All of this needed to come together in a single system that serves both end-customers and the consultant efficiently.
Additionally, a professional blog managed through a headless CMS was required, along with a complete booking process including online payments.
Full-stack platform with admin dashboard
Development of a complete Next.js platform with three core areas: the public website with a conversion-optimized booking funnel, a headless CMS (Strapi v5) for blog and expert content, and the internal Aegis dashboard for managing bookings, appointments, invoices, and calendar availability.
Stripe handles payments, a multi-step booking flow with a slot picker guides prospects to conversion, and automated email notifications keep both consultant and clients informed.

Blog articles, expert profiles, and images are managed through a separate Strapi CMS. Content updates automatically without redeployment.
