Can I book maintenance without having had a website built by you?
Yes, absolutely. You do not need to have had the website built by me. I also take over maintenance of existing projects - whether Astro, Next.js, Svelte or another modern framework. The only requirement is that I get access to the code and infrastructure.
What happens in case of an outage?
For critical outages I respond within a few hours, on working days often much faster than 24 hours. You reach me directly by email or phone - no ticket system, no call center. Critical issues are always treated with priority.
Are updates included in the price?
Yes. Framework updates, dependency updates and security patches are part of every maintenance contract. I keep your tech stack current so that no outdated components become a security risk.
Do you also support WordPress sites?
Yes, I also support WordPress installations - including plugin updates, security patches and performance optimization. However, for larger modifications I recommend switching to a modern stack that offers less attack surface and is more maintainable long-term.
How does remote support work?
Remote support is carried out via encrypted remote connections. I only access your system when necessary - and you know in advance. All access runs over secure connections within the EU. On-site appointments are generally not necessary.
What does maintenance cost?
